In Ordrz Rider App one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Ordrz Rider App and how we use it.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Location Information

To provide the core functionality of Ordrz Rider App, we require access to your location. This allows us to: Track your location during your shifts to efficiently manage deliveries. Ensure the safety and security of our riders and customers by monitoring the progress of deliveries in real time. Improve our service and user experience by analyzing travel routes and times.

Location Tracking

Location tracking is activated only under the following conditions: When you start your shift in the app, indicating you are available for deliveries. When an order is started, to navigate to the delivery address. Until an order is marked as completed or the shift is ended. Please note, location tracking is turned off once your shift ends or an order is completed to respect your privacy and minimize battery and data usage.

Permissions

The app does request additional permissions from your device, including background location access. This permission ensures that we can continue to offer services that require location data even when the app is not in use or running in the foreground. We commit to using this data responsibly and solely for the purpose of improving your experience and the functionality of our app.
